Why ML-Powered Matching Outperforms Traditional Tools
Most address matching tools rely on rule-based exact-match logic. They work on clean data — but real-world address data is never clean. Semilariti uses machine learning to match addresses the way a human expert would: understanding intent, not just format.

What is a UPRN?
A UPRN (Unique Property Reference Number) is a unique numerical identifier assigned to every addressable property in Great Britain. There are over 40 million UPRNs, managed by GeoPlace and published through Ordnance Survey's AddressBase dataset. UPRNs are the authoritative standard for property identification in UK government and financial services.
What formats does Semilariti accept?
Semilariti accepts address data in CSV format. Your data can be in any structure — single-column unstructured addresses, multi-column parsed addresses, or anything in between. The ML processing pipeline handles the parsing and standardisation automatically.
How accurate is the UPRN matching?
Semilariti achieves a 95% accuracy rate across processed datasets. Every matched record includes a confidence score — allowing you to automatically accept high-confidence matches and route lower-confidence records to manual review.
How long does bulk processing take?
Most datasets are processed in 5 to 30 minutes, depending on volume. You will receive a notification when your results are ready to download.
Is the service GDPR compliant?
Yes. Semilariti operates a zero data retention policy — your address data is processed and immediately discarded. Nothing is stored on our infrastructure after processing completes. All data in transit is end-to-end encrypted.
Who uses Semilariti?
Semilariti is used by UK local authorities, banks and mortgage lenders, insurance providers, and mortgage brokers — any organisation that needs to clean, standardise, and UPRN-match address data at scale.
